  1. Who is your favourite leader in history, and why?

Nelson Madiba Nelson, because he Was a Disciplined Learner — While in prison, not  only did he throw himself  into the routine of daily exercise, but he also read smuggled books as much as he could. His zest for learning and teaching was so great that Robben Island became known as “Nelson Mandela University.”


  1. What do you think is the most important trait of a leader, and why?

That’s a tough one,  I will go for empathy. This is because I believe that understanding the problems of your followers and feeling their pain is the first step to becoming an effective leader. Even that is not enough until you work hard and provide your followers with the suitable solution to their problems.

To me, the greatest mistake is not listening to your followers
